MY STORY

Hi, I’m Raul, and fitness is much more than just exercise for me – it’s a lifestyle that has helped me find balance and purpose. I was born in the Czech Republic but grew up in Spain, where I completed both my primary and university education and started my first job. This blend of two cultures has enriched my life immensely – it taught me discipline, openness, and the pursuit of harmony between precision and enjoying what I do. This experience is reflected in my approach to training and working with people today.

My journey into fitness was driven by my own insecurities. As a teenager, I didn’t feel comfortable in my body and was searching for a way to change that. At first, I played football and tennis, but fitness eventually spoke to me the most because it gave me a sense of control over how I felt. Strength training not only helped me gain physical strength but also mental resilience and the confidence I had lost. Through this, I learned that change begins in the mind, and it’s this mindset that I now pass on to my clients.

After finishing my studies, I initially entered the corporate world. Through persistence and hard work, I climbed the ladder to a managerial position. However, over time, I realized that this lifestyle was draining me and wasn’t fulfilling. Burnout was my wake-up call – I decided to return to what I love most and what truly fulfills me: fitness.

Today, I help my clients not only improve their physique but also their overall health, performance, and confidence. I am constantly educating myself and learning from the best experts in the field to offer my clients modern methods and a sustainable approach. I believe that anyone can achieve their goals if they have the right support and plan. The greatest joy for me is seeing my clients transform – physically and mentally.
